I see. Ok. I had no idea. However, I neglected to mention that he offered the service to me 2 or 3 yrs ago when I came into his store and Cap was sold out. He even offered a discount to me if I would go that route. That leaves me to assume he will hold my comics back before he passes them on to the general public. I look at it as a gentleman's agreement that says "If you will guarantee that I get the comics I want, I will shop only here for the comics I want". Maybe my $20 to $30 bucks a month isn't enough for him to remember me one way or another.

In your original post you explained the store pull policy as holding anything that doesn't sell the day of release.
