Well, I get %10 off everything, but I think its because I'm a long term customer, I think most stores just do 10% off the comics pulled only. This store gives %20. No complaints there.

There is no excuse for that crap! If you're a long-term customer and Captain America has been on your pull-list for a long time, then there is no reason you shouldn't have a copy. Stores should pull comics before they make them available on the stands--that's the way it's done.
