The costume looks incredible, in my humble opinion. I'm hoping that it's Bucky. I'm still hoping that somehow, Steve Rogers will return, like DC did with Superman. As much as I love what Ed has done with Bucky as the Winter Soldier, I would rather he be his own person as a character in the long run. Whether it be the cosmic cube, time travel, or whatever, I've got my fingers crossed that Steve Rogers will be back. This reminds me of when Dick Grayson took over for Batman in Prodigal Son, although Batman wasn't dead at the time.

I suspect it's still Steve under the mask. Only now, he's not "Steve Rogers" anymore, and his ID is once again secret.
