It was an alright issue, though not ultra-compelling. My only real complaint is the fact that every issue, we see the characters say "Damn" and "Hell" seemingly a dozen times. I sure wish Brubaker could clean up the language without making it look hokey. It's a real fine line, but Bru seems like a smart guy who could walk it perfectly if he really tried.

> Does he have a sister we've yet to see? Was he really brought into the army life at 12 years old? Are they retconning him into a bully or is this his misremembering?

Bucky's sister was introduced about six years ago in the "America Lost" storyline by Dan Jurgens at the tail end of Volume 3. However, I can't remember if she was his older or younger sister...

As for the bully thing, that may or may not be true, and I suppose it doesn't matter either way, but I just read it as more of Faustus' mind tricks. He may have been manipulating Buck into feelings of guilt.

Actually, she was introduced earlier than that -- she was introduced in a Marvel Holiday Special when Cap met her working as a volunteer in a soup kitchen. Michael
