I looked at the "Death of Cap" story recently and thought the gun that Sharon shot Steve with looked unusual..not like your standard issue- looking pistol. Could this be a clue somehow tying in the Skull-Zola-Doom time machine thread that has yet to be explored or the strange withering Cap corpse?
This story is multi-layered and we obviously have a long way to go, but I'm just trying to guess about things. I just can't fathom that Steve will be dead forever or that we won't eventually get him and the "classic" suited Cap back someday. (I don't need a dark, gritty, gun-toting Cap myself-we already had that, in the Preist Falcon/Cap series, so call me old-fashioned.)I also noticed the gun Sharon used on the Widow and Falcon looked different from the one that shot Steve as well - seemed to be more of an electric stun gun or something.
