An LMD of Diamondback also appeared in the final issues of the previous Cap series (volume 4?) and has appeared in a few issues of other titles recently, including Cable and Deadpool.

Hope this helps. I've been a huge Diamondback fan for years and was hoping she and Cap/ Steve would eventually get together. But, alas, Steve is history (at least for now) and Sharon Carter is carrying his child. So it looks like someone else will have to win the affections of my favorite Marvel female.

Last I heard it was said to be the real her, which would make sense because because she was with the other BAD Girls Inc members and I'm fairly sure Iron Maniac turned the LMD into his new armor beforehand.
