I pointed that out last week when I read the first look at my store. Remember the ending in Tales of Suspense 67? Cap is brainwashed, aiming a gun at a general for the Allies in WWII. Fighting the influence of the Red Skull's brainwashing, Cap is hesitant on firing. The gun goes off, but you must wait until next issue to see the outcome. The ending in Cap 31 reminded me of that. Homage was done twice.
