I'm not an expert on Binary so I may be off here but I want to say Orion wins.

Wrecker doesn't go down easily, particularly if Namor has been out of hte water a while. Wrecker has better durability I think but Namor is ferocious.

If we are talking Ultron with force fieds and all that then I really think Hulk would have a tough time here. BFR may work but you could say the same either way. I can't see Ultron losing here. He would surely have a way of taking Hulk down and Ultron always has the advantage because, like with Sentry, he (or she in that case) can always endanger civilians as a distraction. Even WWH didn't want them getting hurt. I say all this assuming Hulk can't hurt Ultron. I think that the level at which Sentry and WWH were throwing down then Ultron would be hurting.

Thor should. Superman would because Thor fights like an idiot. This is assuming that their strength is roughly on the same field, as it seems to be from the crossovers.

If it's the uber version of Sentry that was first introduced then I don't think Thanos can handle him. If it's this new guy that just punches a lot and doesn't seem to have super speed t hen I think it's a good fight. However, Thanos would likely use his brains to come up with a scheme to beat either. Without prep, I can see Sentry winning either.
