IIRC, his blades are magic enhanced (cut Juggy, withstood Logan's claws) and Conan's aren't. The first time Conan tried to block parry any of Shatterstar's attacks, Conan's sword would be sliced in two. I don't see weaponless Conan beating Shatterstar.
