If Colossus can take multiple class 100 hits from the super fast Gladiator he should take Iron Fist.

All Big C has to do is start demoloshing the environment so Iron Fist is caught in the debri

Perhaps Colossus' steel hide conducts the energy of the 'iron fist' and so makes him more susceptible to the blow than say a Hulk or Thor.
