If you notice, after Red first grabs She-Hulk Tony cheers her on with a, give em hell Jen ! all the while taking his sweet time putting on the helmet and not making any attempt to join the fight and try and help her out. lol If I was Jen after waking up I would be looking to put a beat down too on whatever is left of Tony's ass !!

...give orders to the SHIELD agents aboard and such...he WAS giving commands. And he is given poo-poo all the time for rushing in like a hero and not like a Director.

Damned if eh does damned if he doesnt with some I guess....:P
