"Sub-Teambuster"? A Herald level is below team-buster, right? Superman is Herald level, and so are Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Flash.
Anyway, I like Hawkman's enemies: Gentleman Ghost, Lionmane, Headhunter, Shadow Thief, Tigress, Copperhead, Hath-Set, Onimar Synn.

The DC/Marvel-centric orientation. There are other companies/characters/etc that are interesting that no one here give a second thought to. It's a shame.
