Necromancer is a alternate reailty Dr Strange, who is more powerful but less experienced (see link). He is also more vicious than the original Dr Strange. His extra power will play out well in this instance because of the limited perp that is given. If he is having too much trouble with an opponent he can easliy BFR them.

Darkling has a powerset that is hard to deal with. The darkforce is a tar like energy that is immune to magic and most other forms of energy, as was seen in his fight with the new worriers. He also has BFR ability to the dark demension, that most will have great difficulty returning from.

Ultron is Pure Adamantium W/ molecular rearanger for joint movement (no weak Joints) almost all combatants will have a huge issue causing damage to him. He also has flight and a larg host of engergy attacks as well as being super strong and fast.
