All in all, I'd say Red Hulk is somewhere in the vicinity of Kurse strengthwise after his FIRST augmentation by Beyonder, but the second augmentation puts Kurse stronger.

Red Hulk is smarter, a better fighter, meaner, more cunning, and more mobile, which means, IMO, he'd probably win against Kurse in a fight, though Kurse is probably a bit more powerful.
