Low Herald, IMO.
Current Doom with tech/magic is low herald, IMO.
Both with considerable prep get elevated to roughly mid-herald.
If nobody knows his secret weakness, he's certainly a high end herald, possibly teambuster as he was capable of over-matching the JLA's "B" team and towards the end was capable of evenly matching, some feel overmatching the JLA's "A" team.

Solid mid-Herald.

Both are solid low-mid-Herald, IMO. Except that if they were written correctly, there are VERY few who could escape the effects of a properly executed Speed Force tricks. So w/o SpeedForce tricks, I'd say they are low Herald, with SpeedForce Tricks, prolly mid-upper Herald.

High PM, low Herald at best. Dude can't fly, but is VERY hard to beat too. He would beat Hercules, who is a non-flyer but classically a PM.
