Neither. Iron Mans tech is too limited while Dooms sorcery isn't quite Doctor Strange levels...

> Konvickt
> Subject17
Neither, though both Bubble under. Konvikt is still too mortal and i think to be a Heralder you need something else other than just hitting hard. Subjekt-17 however could potentially be a real Candidate for the post, he's still evolving and has a host of powers to call on. Give him another couple of appearances and he could be there, we just need to see more of what he can do.

> GL Hal
He's bubbling under. I think he's still too mortal and his showings are played a little too low key right now.

Given the extent of their power I say yes. Nobody touches them in their field of expertise and the Speedforce allows for a lot of real versatility.

> Classic Juggernaut
Hmm, He straddles the line. It depends on what you call Herald - I say it takes a measure of differing powers and played at an extremely high level. Juggs is on the Edge.

> Ultraman
Yes, He's Herald.

> Namor
No, he has a fundamental problem in that he is powered by H2O and his power declines too rapidly. He just doesn't have that Uberness that says Herald.
