Without Flash the second team would win, but with Flash the first team should probably win.

First team takes the win. There's nobody that can beat Superman on second team.

I think it comes down to Juggernaut and Mongul. While he may be stronger, Mongul doesn't have the powerset to put Juggernaut down. Stalemate.
