One of the major complaints of this battle was the way RHulk used the hammer ranging from when he was in space to before on how he lifted the hammer to jump into space. Now, RHulk excuse is the mere fact Thor was hanging on to the strap allowed RHulk to get around the whole lifting thing. Now, this was debated on the Thor board, but I am attempting to clarifity something.
Imagine the following scenario.
Thor vs. the Juggernaut.
The Juggernaut is a tough fellow roughly Thor's strength and is tough enough that thanks to the nature of his enchantments he could conceivable defeat Thor.
Now, imagine Juggernaut back at the height of his villainy. When he would chuck a bus full of schoolchildren at a foe just as a weapon possible killing all inside. A definite unworthy fellow.
Now, imagine he was to fight Thor and in the case of this scenario gets a lucky shot, Thor decides to just slug it out, whatever. But in this case Thor is koed.
Juggernaut tries to lift Thor's hammer, but because he is unworhty he cannot despite being about as strong as Thor. Instead, this vile fellow drags Thor over to the hammer and hooks the strap on the hammer to Thor's belt. The hammer is now arguable on Thor. Or if you want another scenario places the strap in Thor's hand and and closes Thor's hand around it, slips Thor's fingers through it, etc. You get the idea.
Does this mean in any of the circumstances above that Juggernaut now can lift the hammer all he wants just by Thor having mere contact with it as long as Thor does not fall off? Can by lifting Thor Juggernaut lift the hammer? Or is there no way Juggernaut should be able to lift the hammer in any of the above scenarios making the whole RHulk incident stupid?
Some have been able to mess with the hammer as long as Thor is holding on to it, and there are many examples of that going on out there, and one other example of someone holding it in space (Still wonder why Juggernaut did not just use it when he was riding on it in space but whatever.).
I am thinking that situation is very unlikely, but going by what Loeb and some others are thinking it is very possible.
