He reall should keep somewhat at a distance, and try to jury-rig something to take out the Hulk, rather than rely solely on his streching power.

Give him an hour to build a device, and he should have the Hulk eating out of his hand.

You'd think that a scientist of Reed caliber would be able to figure out better uses for rubber band powers.
