His best bet it to web him. If he gets up close and personal, then Spiderman is going to have some trouble and the outcome is more in doubt.
Spiderman is physically superior, but Slade has beaten better and more powerful than Spidey by strategy and being a more discilined fighter. Both do well against opponentsout of there weight class. I would say this one could go either way.
There are several completely different versions of this character floating around out there. The version that fights on par with Daxamites mauls Spiderman with ease. With some other versions it's a much closer fight with Spiderman picking up a respectable number of wins.
Prior to his enhancemnts this was a good and close fight that could go either way depending on who was writing Iron Fist. Claremonts version was clearly above Spiderman (see Spidey vs. Steel Serpent) while Spiderman was well above how Jo Duffy wrote the character. Since Iron Fist's enhancements in IMMORTAL IRON FIST, he is above Spiderman by a pretty decent magin. Spidey CAN still win due to Danny's lack of durability, but he would lose the vast majority.
This one can easily go either way. Spiderman has the precog, speed and agility while Cage is stronger and WAY more durable. Spiderman has beaten bricks quite a bit stronger than Luke, but Cage is a better fighter than most of them. Other posters have listed Spiderman's wins over guys like Hyde and Rhino as why he'd beat Cage, but Cage has beaten these guys too. Cage is as smart and crafty a fighter as Spidey and a bit nastier, plus his durability is way above his strength. The main factor that I think that would actually give Spidey the edge here is his webbing, otherwise this fight could go either way and probably favor Cage by a small margin.
Ben is nearly as durable as Cage but over three times stronger. Ben is an experienced fighter with pretty good skills and an indomitable spirit. Still, I can see Spiderman giving him a really decent fight. If Spiderman fights smart and uses strategy, he can take a few here, but Ben wins the majority.

Even Spiderman's "factor" should fall short here. She is SO much faster, stronger, more skilled, ect. that barring a MAJOR plot device, he should have no chance. He MIGHT be able to pull off 1/10 by exploiting her weakness, but that would take prep and figuring out her vulnerability to puncture. Otherwise this would require her merely toying with him long enough for him to figure out her vunerability and forher to give him the time to exploit it.
A more realistic scenario is the artist asking the writer "In a fight between Wonder Woman vs. Spiderman, what do you want for panel two?"
I could see Spiderman having a win over any of them other than WW at least some of the time w/o prep. This thread has reaaly reminded me how much of a "factor" Spiderman has. Forget about the legendary factors of Cap and and Batman, apparently Spiderman's fans put them to shame. Spiderman HAS many wins above his weight class and his combination of powers is formidable, but some people are way out of touch with (even a fictional) reality.
