Emperor Joker was above everyone so he should defeat Odin.

Regular Destroyer looses because I'm not sure it can really hurt Surtur. Aside from being much smaller Surtur rivals Odin in power. It would take something significant to increase the Destroyer's size and power to win.

From what I understand the General is supposed to be several times stronger then even Superman with regenerative abilities surpassing even Wolverine or Hulk. I guess it comes down to if either can hurt the other and if the General's healing abilities have a limit.

Durok, it is more powerful and was able to defeat by Thor and the Silver Surfer. I do not see Lobo being able to think of something they could not think of to do.

The General, while strong, is more regenerative from what I gathered.
Superman started to say something like "watch out! he's stronger and faster than" to Steel but never got to finish.
It should be noted the General scored no KO's or kills, not even against Batman. But if his regen has a limit it's really, really high (he regenerated from the tactical nuke bullet and Orion's Astro-Force in mere panels).
