Item- A dose of MGH to amp up Northstars Mutant Powers.

EM: Emperor Palpatine (mind and lightsaber)
Item: Resurrected Javi's Sigil (ligis) From Negation. I'll add some scans later. Basically he could drain any Non-kinetic Energy (psionic, magic, and energy attacks). He could then use this energy to increase the powers of other Sigil bearers (useless in this tourney) and give himself signifigant regeneration abilities. Requires touch. I will post some scans tonight. I could not find any links. If only crossgen hadn't gone out of business.
After rereading it i guess Javi could send out tendrils to drain power, but this only seems to work after draining a magical and psionic herald level being of great power, which he had to touch to drain.

been laying around until a felt good enough to move around. I've made a decision and I know its late, but I'm also swayable here. Anywho I see Arcanix taking this one. While Emperor Zoom is lacking in the strength department, he more than makes up for it with Zoom's speed and Plastic Man's body makes him very difficult to seriously hurt and gives him pretty good range as well. Coupled with Palpatines skill and utter ruthlessness, I see Arcanix taking this one. I realize MGH can amp up Northstar, but I don't see him reaching the Flash/Zoom levels of speed. Though I'll admit I don't know if Northstar has ever been exposed to this in the comics or just how powerful the MGH is, Oculporate will have to inform me on that one. Stargod of the North is a physical beast and Alan Scott's power makes him an even tougher customer with his EP, but I just don't see him being able to hit Emperor Zoom with any serious damage. He'll be lucky to hit him at all.
