Mr Sinester's power of (Dilate Power: ability to mentally paralyze a foe he's touching and the ability to psionically "turn off" the superpowers of any mutant)

With this in mind, he can negate (Cable & Deatherine)'s mutant powers, leaving (High) with his (Superman Clone Power), and fry his brains clean

Except when Sinister actually had to fight Cable with something akin to his full mental powers, he couldn't do anything offensively and was nearly crapping his pants as Cable prepared to rip his mind apart with ease.

Just saying \:\-\)

Plus even if by some utter miracle Sinister managed to switch off the mutant powers, my amalgam would still have access to the uber Apocalypse tech that made him completely immune to the combined efforts of Xavier, Jean Grey, Cable and Nate Grey. Of all the ways to take my amalgam down, I don't think psi is the way to go!
