Gorgon would take him apart. Daken IS better than his father, but Gorgon completely and utterly WRECKED Wolverine in every fight they had.... even when Logan brought Elektra and a crap load of specially prepped SHIELD tech along to help out. Gorgon was a monster.
Plus the fact that he is dead and doesn't really heal in the same way as Wolverine, Hulk etc, I don't think the Muramusa claws would inconvenience him in the same way it does for other, living breathing folk.

Oooooooo. I'm not sure to be honest. As portrayed in War of Kings (i.e. unkillable via energy attack) I would probably give it to Vulcan, but overall I'm not sure.
