...what does it change? A force field, like anything else, provides barrier that can be overcome if the attack is powerful enough. If Wolverine can cut through Kryptonian tissues he sure as hell can bypass a forcefield offering the same resistance. Would you be able to drive an indestructible nail into an anvil with the power you wield? No. But you could easily drive it through a slab of butter even if it's protected by a 100 watt forcefield. The only thing that matters it the amount of force required to pierce the defense. Thats how you measure "hard" durability. That the resistance comes from hard materials or forcefields or whatever else you imagine doesn't matter.
