Guys, Hulk and Sentry and SS would fall down this way too if the story called for it. It was a surprise attack, followed by a no defense energy combo (which included Iron Patriot's beams) and then a dog pile. I do worry too that Quesada-Bendis-Millar trio-talentlessious don't care about Thor and try to diminish his power level in 616 and beyond, but I just can't see anything wrong with this incident other than Thor not shielding himself against the energy attack. It kinda reminded me Busiek's ultra-stupid Thor who would go headfirst against any attack like he's mindless Hulk with a hammer. Thor's not that.
