Depends on how angry the Hulk is. With sufficient anger I think he could easily shrug off the same same blast that shattered his leg. I recall an Avengers annual where the Grey Hulk resisted a powerful disintegration ray from a Godlike High Evolutionary. Really when he is pissed I'd say the Hulk is about as durable as anybody outside of Thanos or Silver Surfer when it comes to energy attacks.
