Previous Post I don't see how he had Spider-man, who won that fight, dead to rights. And I think bone claws hurting Skaar was a bit silly. Regardless, I certainly agree that Clint is no match for Daken. I don't think this was bad writing as much as it was just Clint being really lucky. Like most characters in most team books, Daken leaps in and Clint gets a lucky move in. I think that could have happened to anyone.

Regarding the Spidey fight, Daken was explicitly under orders not to kill Parker and was trying to bring him in alive. Considering he was landing shots at will (iirc he was even shown at one point punching with claws retracted, although it may have been an elbow strike, I'd need to check) there's no doubt in my mind he coulf have killed Parker there if he wanted.

Of course now Spidey knows his trick it's extremely unlikely to ever go that way again, but still.

The Skaar fight... If it was Hulk I'd say it's silly for him to be cut by bone claws but the son has done nothing to prove he is near his dad's level to be honest. And just this month Daken casually was lopping off Asgardian limbs with one stroke so I think we just have to accept it at this point.
