At Nick Fury's funeral, Vizh tries his phasing trick on the Merged Hulk and fails yet again.

It had a bit more of an effect that time though if I remember rightly, it at least dropped him to the ground briefly and elicited a shout of pain.

On a similar (ish) note, the Hulk recently waded through a weapon based on the technology that Ultron uses to reshape the molecules of his adamantium body. He also shrugged off multiple blasts from a "Thor-level" weapon that was designed to "rewrite molecules on a sub-atomic level". The only thing that bothered Hulk was the loud noises it made.

Cheers.
