The problem I had with the Shazam/Thor fight was it was (or should be obvious) it was due to the "count" that you guys are talking about.

I'm not saying Shazam should have won, but turning back into Billy to escape the farris wheel, really??? It made no sense and was just one of those things like Superman vs insert whatever marvel character is going to loose, condition DC put into affect.

Meaning, Shazam seemed to be used as a "give it to them" win so the counts are closer. This is just my personal opinion, but Superman (even then) was moving moons, Shazam is extremely close to him in strength, and this does not equal Shazam having problems getting out from under a farris wheel. The fight was a bad one, and in my opinion one of the worst. The Namor one was bad too.
