She had the Time Gem in that series, but it's not clear if it actually amped her in any way. When Warlock gave it to her, she said she didn't have the slightest idea how to use it, and didn't want that kind of power. Warlock responded that it didn't matter whether she used it or not, he just wanted her to keep it safe.




That to me implies that she didn't make much (if any) use of the Gem, and even if she did, it was the Time Gem, so it wouldn't have enhanced her strength. And like I said, the most recent OHOTMU bio I have for her (from 2008 or so, long after she lost possession of the Gem) said her strength level was "perhaps Class 50", and that she had "superhuman speed".
