That is a rather cruel request. Issue #5, along with other atrocities such as Chaos War, lurks in a cold, dark recess in the depths of my conscious mind. In time, it will sink into my unconscious, and I shall happily live in blissful ignorance of its existence. I'm not sure it would be healthy to revisit such material.
