What are you basing that on? Not much has happened. POrder and Chaos went down to Galactus but then, recently, they were able to weaken him before joining and apparently reverting him back to his old state. We do not know that for sure but it is what the final panel hints at.
I imagine Galactus will seek to change back if he cannot already do so.

The cosmic hierarchy in the new reality is said to be still in flux so the previous abstracts don't seem to be overly much more powerful than the other, as even the LT was felled by Chaos and Order. Order and Chaos tried to off Galactus twice without succeeding so I don't they are much more powerful than Galactus, although Logos seemingly changed LB Galactus back to the devourer. Owen is a different kettle of fish, as he seems to be unaffected by the shuffle in hierarchy. He was described on panel as much more powerful than even LB Galactus, so I have to take that for what it is even if I preferred it to be the other way around.
