My only big regret about this new movie is the death of Rooker's character. I think that was a big mistake. He would have been great when the Guardians face off against the Avengers. That misstep is as big as killing off Quicksilver. But beyond that, entertaining movie.I didn't think it was a mistake. I liked the whole theme that Yondu was Peter's father figure even if he wasn't his biological father. Besides they can always bring him back via a dramatic flashback/ghost/hallucination/shapeshifter/time travel/clone/evil twin brother/robot next movie.  | |||||||
