Basically the Abrahamic God. Although it is a little harder to peg down than that for sure. As some of his mortal warriors, the knights of the sword/cross, have included a devote Catholic, but others have been more devoted to concepts. Like hope, justice and faith. One of the three knights is agnostic as weird as that is.

The angels in that settings main job is to ensure that mortals are allowed a chance at free will and are only allowed to balance the scales if something has impacted that ability. Unless they are specifically ordered to do otherwise.

It is a somewhat restrictive view, but I have enjoyed it. Even how the Fallen are handled is pretty good. Very powerful, but very limited for the most part outside of one group that are balanced by the knights.

Very much plays up potential redemption,
