If it's happened, it wasn't in a Flash book. All we know from Flash #6 is that Wally and company are living on another Earth (or were during Infinite Crisis) that had its own version of Jay Garrick. Fans have been calling it "New Earth-2," but there's no official name for it, and we don't know if he's still there, and we don't know if it really is related to Earth-2. And there's been no meeting with Robin, at least not in Flash.
