I keep getting different answers when I ask people if All- Flash is an on going or a one shot. My Flash mentor (Hey Kevin) thought it was going to be an on going, I was under the impression from web sites that it was a one shot and today when I picked it up, the clerk told me it was an on going. Can someone clarify this for me? Much appreciated.

It's a one-shot. The ongoing is The Flash, which picks up next month where it left off last year, with #231.

DC has solicited Flash #231-233 so far, but hasn't solicited any more All-Flash issues. (But then we all know how well we can trust DC's Flash solicitations...)

That said, I'd love to see them prove me wrong. A regular All-Flash book, maybe quarterly or twice a year, would be a great place to feature solo stories with Bart, Barry and Jay (not to mention other Flashes like John Fox or the Kingdom Come version of Iris West II).
