It is one of my favorite runs ever! I am sure there are some that will say I am wrong but I think it is great. I have a couple of runs I reread a lot, Walter Simonson's "Thor," Frank Miller's "Daredevil" and Geoff John's "Flash."
I love Waid's work, I think his run on "Fantastic Four" was/is some of the best, I am rereading it right now. I can't wait to read this new series.
I have looked at the Johns issues and they are expensive, relatively speaking. A few of the trades are a little pricey too.

i think johns startyed very strong but his finish was a little week
like other said he did gret job with the rogues except he made captain cold a little too honorable at times if you ask me i would say a pretty darn good run not as good as waids but pretty darn good
