Previous Post Do the Rogues Gallery respect Wally? I know that him and Captain Cold are kind of friendly, but how about the Others? And why did they kill Bart? I'm not that knowledgable on Captain Cold, but he does seem to respect Wally, so why would he help kill Bart? Thanks.

Honestly, the Rogues seemed to just panic when they killed Bart and seemed terrified of what they'd done afterward. The Rogues respect Wally somewhat, but, first and foremost, they hate Flashes... and that takes precedence. It doesn't hurt that Bart got Cold on a murder charge he'd successfully hidden for at least a few years in his run before the final arc as well.
