Previous Post So what does everything think of the new creative team for The Flash? Well, I mean having Buccellato just doing the writing and having 3 different artists on the last 3 issues. For me it's a godsend. I was getting sick of the computer-painted imagery. It just reminded me too much of Scott Kolins would actually being Scott Kolins.

Personally, I think the writing is improved. Too many of the recent stories weren't thought out very well and relied on "Deus ex machina" solutions where Barry miraculously was able to use his powers, sometimes in an unexplained way, to fix everything. I guess I loved Manapul's art, and might have dropped the book based on the writing if not for his art, but I'm at the point where I'll take a better story right now.
