Also I was right again when I pointed out that the Reverse Flash ring from Season 1 was one of the many paradoxes in the series. RF had his in the future because Flash had his own in the past and Flash had his own in the past after analyzing RF's own ring. Paradox.

Another paradox. Reverse Flash always wore his ring and he was erased from existence including everything Thawne was wearing which would include his ring. That means, the ring shouldn't even exist and yet it does. Paradox.

Then again, the ring could be a spare since the Reverse Flash suit was also revealed to be a spare that Reverse Flash had laying around. ;\)

Nope, by all rights the ring and the costume should not be there. Everything that RF brought back with him should be erased.

However the loophole with this is that the time storm was contained and shutdown by Flash and Firestorm before any major revisions could be made, hence the ring and costume could still exist however they are temporal anomalies and should NOT exist.

Seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if they did more harm then good by stopping the time storm. Rip Hunter may well decree that RF must be restored to heal the time line and the only way to do that is go back and stop Eddie from shooting himself to stop RF.

Best thing would be that Rip uses his powers to freeze RF as he is fighting Barry in the particle accelerator then freeze Eddie in time for a moment, relieve Eddie of his gun and then zap RF home.

The writers appear on the surface to have played fast and loose with time travel and paradoxes or they have yet to reveal their full plans.
