Not really, no ... the Pied Piper planned to destroy the Rogues from the inside, while the Rogues wrongly believed that the Top had turned the Pied Piper evil again (^_^')

Yes and the different variants of a concept also (such as Eobard Thawne on Earth-1 and Hunter Zolomon on Earth-2 or Sam Scudder on Earth-1 and Evan McCulloch on Earth-2)

Unless they go back and save Captain Cold, this is how we will probably get him back. Leonard Snart from Earth something or other lol
