I am assuming here that by altering the future, her home, she is now the equivalent of the X-Men's Rachel Summers and the like... stranded in our present as her reality no longer exists, technically at least. So whatever future Barry and Iris go on the greet there might not be a Nora as she has not just negated her proper 'home' but altered the past by telling her parents all about herself and therefore the odds of them going on to conceive her are in flux...

But has it I ask? If continuity in this show is to mean anything then the future is set by that lingering headline from Eobard Thawne's time concerning The Flash's disappearance in a Crisis, which is still some years from occurring. Nora Allen presumably comes from around that time, or just after, so how to reconcile the notion that the meteor was destined to destroy the city, and the fact of that future newspaper headline...?
