We have no reason to believe that headline has anything to do with Nora Jr.
That headline was for April 25th, 2024. Unless Nora's ages super fast (which I grant is possible) she shouldn't be a 30 something year old in 2024.
Nora says she's Barry and Iris's child from the future. If she's from Eobard's timeline (but not time period) she's technically the child of Barry and Iris from that timeline where Barry didn't get his powers until 7 years later. Nora would be the child of their doppelgangers from another timeline so there could be no predestination paradoxes at play.
