If they Invest in this ressurected version and showcase her a little I think it would be interesting to see her catch on and maybe make the transition to New Earth in the same way the original Black Canary did pre-Crisis... well, anythings possible!

This is probably the closest to the Earth 2 charactes that we are going to get, at this point.
