I looked at Justice Society of America Annual #1 and on the first page it states that on Earth 2 Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman first appeared decades ago.
No mention to before World War II.
Frankly, I think that the best solution to the age problem is to go back to the idea that on Earth 2 the JSA started roughly 20 years before the current Justice League did. That doesn't make the founding members all around 80 years old now.
