Previous Post See, this whole idea just annoys the hell out of me. Johns seemed to do everything he could to tie everything up in that great JSA arc, and now slowly but surely it seems it's being picked apart again. I loved the Hawkman/Adam connection(it connected Adam outside of the Shazam Universe)and would hate to see that tossed. I'm hoping this will be cleared up soon. Ah, Seems im late to the party. Who likes the Rock the party? I INFINITLY prefer John's Hawkman to the dross that cropped up in Holy War. I'm not enjoying Holy War at all, despite the fact it has no less than THREE of my favourite characters; Adam Strange, Hawkman and Animal man.

Is it really necessary for DC to do something like this? Unless it's a feignt by the big bad to try and confuse and remove Hawkman from the table a bit, its just crap. Is Stalin behind this move, or is from DC higher ups? because either way, it's a bad move. No doubt some good stories came from the Katar Hol Hawkman stuff, such as the Beast Avatars, which i rather enjoyed, but the fact of the matter is, IT JUST RUINED HIM! John's worked hard and wrote good storylines bringing the character back from the brink of naff, and no it looks like we're dropping down that chute again.

Shame really.
