I'm gonna try to cut the writers a slight ounce of slack. It's Ben Urich as he is on the run that stops and sees Typeface and says "I think he's dead." I suppose that the possibility Typeface lived exists and that he was incarcerated along with Daredevil in time for CW #6. Still, these types of explainations could be avoided if editors would draw up a timeline for all the writers of this event to follow (and i'm overlooking the fact that Typeface was already arrested earlier in this same series...)

Speedball should have just died in Stamford, that's the sad truth. The Penance character is a route that never should have been taken.

Likely this is spill-over fight, occuring after the big fight gets going after the breakout in
Civil War #6. One assumes that they came back from the Zone.
