I would say a possible no because of the fact that she gave Sally inside info in Front Line that revealed that Tony was the traitor and that other fact that she told Spider-Woman, a New Avenger member, that Steve Rogers was alive in The Initiative and didn't seem to tell Tony about that part of their conversation which may indicate that Steve Rogers is perhaps the new Ronin pretending to be a rookie to hide himself.

Although she's pro-reg and believes in registration, she may fear that Tony Stark is becoming a fanatic because of how he's doing things and how much he's trying to control like all the superhumans of the world where he's the only authority, while everyone else are blindly loyal minions who are less intelligent then he is, to his point of view that is.

While I haven't read the Initiative and don't really plan to, if Carol is privy to even half the information that Ben Urich and Sally Floyd had access to, then I really don't think she'd trust this man.

Some truly are trying to paint Stark as a hero and modern day patriot. I don't see it and never will. Almost starting a war to promote registration and unify the heroes, tossing people in prison without due process, manipulating friend and foe to achieve his goals, whatever. The ends simply don't justify the means.

With Carol trying to be the best hero she can be, one eye should always be on Stark. Eventually he cracks under pressure, its a proven fact. On that day Carol should have a contingency plan in effect to take him down. You can bet Stark has a private file on every hero in the MU, since he's now morphed into the Batman of the Marvel Universe.
