Your post introduced me to this character whom I had never heard of.

I now want Marvel to collect all the issues you reference into a TPB titled, "Through the Ringer."

They did revive the Ringer, sort of.

Anthony Davis is still as dead as Bucky, but a new criminal has taken the Ringer identity for himself, likely getting the Tinkerer or someone similar to build him a suit of his own based on Davis' old designs.

So far, he's tangled with She-Hulk, Captain America, the Pantheon and Moon Knight:
